HONOReform Foundation Honor Walk for Reform: October 9, 2011

September 13, 2011

Please join the HONOReform Foundation in its fundraising opportunity HONOR Walk for Reform on Sunday, ask October 9, 2011.

The HONOReform Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit entity formed by  Evelyn and Tom Mcknight and others in 2008 following a 2002 Nebraska hepatitis C outbreak where Evelyn and 99 other Nebraskans were affected.  The aim of HONOReform is to prevent future outbreaks such as this from occurring in the future.

Sadly, the CDC lists over 45 documented outbreaks in the United States over the last 12 years. The aim of HONOReform Foundation is to prevent outbreaks. To continue to work toward this goal, we need your help. HONOReform Foundation is active throughout the country, working hard to educate the public, and reeducate providers, about the importance of safe injection practices.

On Sunday, October 9, 2011, HONOReform will be holding a fundraising walk, HONOR Walk for Reform, at Woodcliff Lakes near Fremont, NE.  The event will be hosted by the Woodcliff Restaurant.
