Southern California Patient Safety Collaborative Meeting to Focus on Hospital-Acquired Infections

The Southern California Patient Safety Collaborative (SCPSC) will be holding a meeting on August 10, purchase 2010 that will focus on hospital-acquired infections, capsule SCIP and Sepsis.

The SCPSC is funded through the Anthem Blue Cross as part of the Patient Safety First … a California Partnership for Health.

Another meeting, see scheduled for September 21, 2010 will focus on facility-acquired pressure ulcers.  That meeting will also include a discussion about controlling multidrug-resistant organisms.
